Our 'Lowest Price Guarantee' was designed to provide travelers with the peace of mind they deserve when booking their holiday in the Canadian Rockies. In combination with the largest selection of lodging, tours and packages in the Canadian Rockies, Ultimate Rockies has established itself as the one-stop resource for all vacation needs serving the region. Please carefully review our policies below to avoid any confusion when booking with us:
- Ultimate Rockies guarantees the 'best available' price on all hotel rooms advertised on the Ultimate Rockies website. The 'best available' price is the lowest available price between URV's negotiated rate with the hotel, the lowest rate available directly from the hotel, and the lowest price available from recognized competitors. URV reserves the right to book through a competitor in order to meet the requirements of this guarantee.
- The lowest price offered by Ultimate Rockies is guaranteed up until the time of booking and is subject to change if it is not reserved within 1 business day.
- Due to the unique nature of private vacation rentals and bed and breakfast inns, URV does not include these accommodation types in its lowest price guarantee. While URV is generally able to offer the best price on these accommodation types, certain factors are beyond our control and thus they must be excluded. URV will make every effort possible to secure these accommodations at the best price if a request is made.
- Guided tours, activities and packages are also excluded from our lowest price guarantee. While URV is generally able to offer the best prices on all tours, activities and packages, their unique nature necessitate their exclusion.
