Located in the exclusive and highly sought after SilverTip Resort community, the Rundle Retreat offers 2,400 sq ft of luxurious living space and spectacular views from its secluded location perched high above the town of Canmore. Situated in Juniper Ridge, the Rundle Retreat is ideal for families that seek a relaxing escape away from the hustle and bustle of the mountain townsites but still only minutes from all the action. With the Rundle Retreat, you can relax amongst towering pine trees in your vast backyard or sit out on the front balcony and stare at the magnificent Canadian Rockies without hearing anything other than the songs of birds. Features such as a large river rock fireplace, personal gym, and jacuzzi tub are just some of the highlights. Maximum occupancy is six (6) people.

Deposits
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required 30 days in advance during Low and Shoulder seasons and 45 days in advance during the Powder and Summer seasons.
A damage deposit of $500 is required to cover expenses for material damage (damage beyond normal wear and tear) or lost or stolen items during the guest's stay. The guest authorizes Ultimate Rockies to recover the full extent of the expenses plus a 20% service charge. The damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out minus any damage claims.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made outside of 120 days from the check-in date are fully refundable with no penalty. Cancellations made outside of 30 days during Low and Shoulder seasons and 45 days during Powder and Summer seasons are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the greater of 10% of the total price or $75Cdn. Cancellations made within 30 days for Low and Shoulder seasons and 45 days for Powder and Summer seasons are non-refundable.
