Standard rooms - These well appointed rooms feature your choice of two queen beds or 1 king bed. Superior rooms - Offering extra space for you to spread out in, these rooms are more spacious than our standard regular rooms; Superior Rooms feature two queen beds, with twin sofa bed, and a view of downtown Banff and the surrounding area. The fine furnishings in these rooms include a table with two chairs, coffee maker, 27" TV, clock radio, direct dial telephone & voicemail, dresser, closet space, ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, individual climate control (heat & AC), complimentary in room safe, and high speed internet access. (Maximum Occupancy - 5 people)
Junior Suite - These fabulous rooms feature one queen bed in the bedroom, separate living room area with fridge, 27" TV in bedroom and living room, table and chairs, writing desk and chair, two bathrobes, upgraded bathroom amenities. These rooms also have a coffee maker, clock radio, direct dial telephone & voicemail, dresser, closet space, ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, individual climate control (heat & AC), complimentary in room safe, and high speed internet access. Superior Suite - Need a bit more privacy? These suites feature one king or two queen beds in the bedroom and a separate living room with fridge and queen sofa bed, writing desk and chair, 27" TV in bedroom and living room, two bathrobes, and upgraded bathroom amenities. Brewster Suite - Designed with Banff's more discerning visitors in mind: The Mount Royal offers the Brewster Suite for those guests looking for an extra special place to stay. This beautiful suite is an excellent choice for a romantic getaway, especially if you're trying to impress your partner. Featuring original artwork by local mountain artists, this signature suite boasts a large master bedroom with a king bed, Jacuzzi bathtub for two in an elegant bathroom, separate living room with leather furniture, wet bar, large screen TV, DVD & surround sound stereo system, two bathrobes and much much more! (Maximum Occupancy - 2 persons)
Pinnacle Suite - Welcome to the Fourth Floor! This exclusive suite is one of only three guest rooms on the Mount Royal's fourth floor. A unique floor plan and ample space make this suite a great choice for hosting an executive board meeting or a small reception. Fully equipped with a wet bar, fireplace and comfortable seating, this suite offers more than 1000 square feet of living space, including a board room table with seating for 10 people. Wall to wall windows make it easy to enjoy a spectacular PANORAMIC view of downtown and the surrounding mountains. The private bedroom features a king bed, single Jacuzzi tub and full bath with a separate shower. Of course we add all the upgraded amenities and a quiet location on the exclusive 4th floor of the hotel. (Maximum Occupancy - 3 persons, with the third person utilizing the sofa bed in the main living area.)
Presidential Suite - This cozy & intimate suite is perfect for anniversaries or honeymoons! This luxurious signature suite was decorated and furnished with elegance and romance in mind. A spacious living room/dining room area complete with fireplace and wet bar making it the perfect place to cuddle up with that special person. If that's not enough - you'll be able to relax in the two person Jacuzzi tub and enjoy the comfort of a king size bed. This suite is equip with 2 TV's, a DVD player and all the upgrades such as bathrobes, bath salts, complimentary guest safe, voice mail, cordless phone and much, much more. (Maximum Occupancy - 3 persons, with the third person utilizing the sofa bed in the main living area.)

- Tony Roma's Restaurant - New to the Banff Dining Scene in December 2003, the Tony Roma's is located just off the Lobby of the Mount Royal Hotel. A high end casual American restaurant chain and the pioneer of baby back ribs - this Tony Roma's also specializes in AAA Alberta steaks and slow roasted BBQ chicken, beef and pork. Open daily for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
- The Paddock Bar & Grille - the perfect apres-ski meeting place. Enjoy your favorite drink by the fire, sample the best burgers in town and spend the evening watching our big screen T.V., playing darts, challenging someone to a game of pool or challenging yourself on the VLT's.

Deposits
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation with a one night deposit. Full prepayment is required 7-30 days in advance depending on the time of year.
Cancellation Policy
There is no Penalty for cancellations received 5 days or more prior to arrival (14 days during X-Mas season). Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to arrival (14 days during X-Mas) and no shows are non-refundable.

Guests can check-in any time after 4:00pm and check-out before 11:00am. We will assist you in accommodating special arrival times and departure times, whenever possible.
