Deposits
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Full prepayment is required 21 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy
There is no Penalty for cancellations received 48 hours or more prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival and no shows will be charged a one night unit rental plus a $25Cdn processing fee.

Guests can check-in any time after 4:00pm and check-out before 12:00pm. We will assist you in accommodating special arrival times and departure times, whenever possible.
Canmore, at the gates of Banff National Park, is just a 10 minute drive to the Banff townsite and is the ideal location for a relaxing or active getaway to the Canadian Rockies.
The Canmore Radisson Hotel is a five minute walk to downtown Canmore, with numerous shops and restaurants. Outdoor activities are within a five to 60 minute drive, with many services having pick up at the hotel.
