Deposits
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. A deposit equal to one night's rental is required 7 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy
There is no Penalty for cancellations received 48 hours or more prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival and no shows will be charged a one night unit rental plus a $25Cdn processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival and no shows for bookings during the Christmas vacation season will be charged a one night unit rental plus a $25Cdn processing fee.

Pets Allowed; Non-Refundable sanitation fee for pet is $10Cdn; Refundable deposit for pet is $85Cdn.
