* Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes of 7% GST (which is recoverable from the Canadian government for non-Canadian citizens).
Deposits
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required 30 days in advance during Low and Shoulder seasons and 45 days in advance during the Regular and Peak seasons.
A valid credit card is required to cover expenses for material damage (damage beyond normal wear and tear) or lost or stolen items during the guest's stay. The guest authorizes Ultimate Rockies to recover the full extent of the expenses plus a 20% service charge. Guests that do not want to cover potential damage claims on their credit card must provide a $250 damage deposit via check or money order at least 30 days in advance. The damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out minus any damage claims.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made outside of 120 days from the check-in date are fully refundable with no penalty. Cancellations made outside of 30 days during Low and Shoulder seasons and 45 days during Regular and Peak seasons are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the greater of 10% of the total price or $75Cdn. Cancellations made within 30 days for Low and Shoulder seasons and 45 days for Regular and Peak seasons are non-refundable. In this case, Ultimate Rockies will provide a credit towards a future stay made within 12 months for a re-booking fee of $100Cdn.

Canmore, at the gates of Banff National Park, is just a 10 minute drive to the Banff townsite and is the ideal location for a relaxing or active getaway to the Canadian Rockies.
The Lodges at Canmore is a short drive or walk to the town centre where a majority of the shops and restaurants are found. Be sure to check out the Oh Canada Eh dinner theatre located next door.
