Canmore Crossing are Canmore's most luxurious and spacious condos conveniently located just a few steps from the town's finest shops, galleries and restaurants. Completed in 2004, Canmore Crossing features elegantly appointed one, two, and three bedroom condos with exceptional on-site amenities like a conference room, fitness room and roof-top hot tub. Each condo boasts its own spectacular panoramaic view of the rugged mountains that surround Canmore.

Every unit at Canmore Crossing is elegantly appointed and features the comforts of home. The complex is four stories with boutique commercial shops on the main level including a Quizno's and excellent wine store.

* Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes of 7% GST (which is recoverable from the Canadian government for non-Canadian citizens).

Deposits
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required 30 days in advance during Low and Shoulder seasons and 45 days in advance during the Regular and Peak seasons.
A valid credit card is required to cover expenses for material damage (damage beyond normal wear and tear) or lost or stolen items during the guest's stay. The guest authorizes Ultimate Rockies to recover the full extent of the expenses plus a 20% service charge. Guests that do not want to cover potential damage claims on their credit card must provide a $250 damage deposit via check or money order at least 30 days in advance. The damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out minus any damage claims.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made outside of 120 days from the check-in date are fully refundable with no penalty. Cancellations made outside of 30 days during Low and Shoulder seasons and 45 days during Regular and Peak seasons are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the greater of 10% of the total price or $75Cdn. Cancellations made within 30 days for Low and Shoulder seasons and 45 days for Regular and Peak seasons are non-refundable. In this case, Ultimate Rockies will provide a credit towards a future stay made within 12 months for a re-booking fee of $100Cdn.
