The room types at the Banff Ptarmigan Inn include a Standard Room, Superior Room and Deluxe Loft Suite.
Standard rooms have either an atrium or lobby view. The rooms feature maple furnishings finished in natural tones and artwork inspired by Canada's Group of Seven artists. These rooms can accommodate up to four adults in a room with two queen beds or two adults in a room with one queen bed. All rooms have hairdryers, cable TV, and a coffee maker with complimentary tea and coffee.
Superior rooms all have an exterior view, with some rooms having a balcony. The rooms feature maple furnishings finished in natural tones and artwork inspired by Canada's Group of Seven artists. Premium Rooms in the Banff Ptarmigan Inn provide great value for visitors to the Canadian Rockies. The Premium Rooms are located at the front of the building facing onto Banff Avenue. These well appointed rooms feature beautifully finished maple furniture in warm earth tones. The comfortable queen size bed is complimented by the romance of a fireplace. Second floor Premium Rooms feature a spacious balcony. The large bathrooms have a separate shower and jetted bathtub. Amenities include Cable TV, hair dryer, coffeemaker with complimentary tea and coffee.

Deposits
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation with a one night deposit applicable during the X-Mas season. Full prepayment is required 7-30 days in advance depending on the time of year.
Cancellation Policy
There is no Penalty for cancellations received 5 days or more prior to arrival (14 days during X-Mas season). Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to arrival (14 days during X-Mas) and no shows are subject to a charge equal to one night stay.

Guests can check-in any time after 4:00pm and check-out before 11:00am. We will assist you in accommodating special arrival times and departure times, whenever possible.
