* A nonrefundable booking fee equal to one night's room & taxes is charged at the time of the booking, for those staying during the X-mas and New Years period. There is a 3-night minimum for X-Mas stays and 4-night minimum for New Years stays.
* Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional $15 per person, per night. No charge for children 15 and under sharing room.
* Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes of 7% GST (which is recoverable from the Canadian government for non-Canadian citizens) and 5% Alberta Hotel Tax.

Deposits
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation with a one night deposit. Full prepayment is required 7-14 days in advance depending on the time of year.
Cancellation Policy
There is no Penalty for cancellations received 5 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to arrival and no shows are subject to a charge equal to one night stay.

Guests can check-in any time after 4:00pm and check-out before 11:00am. We will assist you in accommodating special arrival times and departure times, whenever possible.
