Standard rooms have a courtyard view. The rooms feature maple furnishings and artwork inspired by Canada's magnificent Rocky Mountains. These rooms can accommodate up to four adults in a room with two queen beds or two adults in a room with one queen bed. All rooms have hairdryers, cable TV, and a coffee maker with complimentary tea and coffee.
Superior rooms at Banff Caribou Lodge all have an exterior view, with some rooms having a balcony. The rooms feature maple furnishings and artwork inspired by Canada's magnificent Rocky Mountains. These rooms can accommodate up to four adults in a room with two queen beds or two adults in a room with one king or one queen bed. All rooms have hairdryers, cable TV, and a coffee maker with complimentary tea and coffee.
Loft Suites - The two styles of loft suites at Banff Caribou Lodge are among the most spectacular in Banff. Both the Loft Suite and Jacuzzi Loft Suite are located on the fouth floor. The rooms are designed for two people but can accommodate up to four with the pull out sofa. The comfortable seating area features a wood burning fireplace (complimentary wood is provided) and a king size bed in the spacious loft sleeping area.
All rooms at Banff Caribou Lodge include: Cable/satellite TV, ceiling fan, coffee maker, complimentary coffee, hair dryer, video game console, telephone, high speed Internet access.

Deposits
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation with a one night deposit applicable during the X-Mas season. Full prepayment is required 7-30 days in advance depending on the time of year.
Cancellation Policy
There is no Penalty for cancellations received 5 days or more prior to arrival (14 days during X-Mas season). Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to arrival (14 days during X-Mas) and no shows are subject to a charge equal to one night stay.

Guests can check-in any time after 4:00pm and check-out before 11:00am. We will assist you in accommodating special arrival times and departure times, whenever possible.
